What to bring to SportsFest?
Runners, gym shorts, water bottle, t-shirt & socks, no jewerly and a good attitude for participation
Grades 1 to 8 kids welcome! |

Schedule (session times are approx.)
7:45 – 8:45 am Drop off and Registration
9:00 – 10:15 am 1st session
10:15 – 10:30 am break
10:30 – 11:45 am 2nd session
11:45 am – 12:30 pm lunch
12:30 – 1:45 pm 3rd session
1:45 - 2:00 pm break
2:00 - 3:15 pm 4th session
3:15 - 5:00 pm pick-up |

All kids to arrive by 8:45am and will stay at SportsFest for the entire day. No "in and out". Everyone will participate in a variety of active sports in approx one and half (1.5) hour sessions.

After each session, the kids will take a short break (with nutritious snacks), then off to another field to experience another sport.

Lunch is provided, as well as afternoon snack. |

The kids will be first grouped by grades 1-4 and 5-8, and then divided again to be spread over the various sport fields.

Every sport will have a program for both age groups. |

Please note: Depending on the number of sports offered, the number of kids attending, along with the amount of sessions available during the day, not everyone will do each of the various sports offered. |

Parents are welcome to attend but will have to pay for their food service. If anyone is interested to volunteer and assist to provide a service please advise. |
